KeepNTrack is the new software program to ensure security at all CCPS buildings. Information about the online application process will be sent home to those currently on the PTA volunteer list. If you would like to receive information prior to the upcoming school year, please subscribe to the volunteer list at the bottom of this page.

MES PTA volunteers play a critical role in making our PTA programs and events successful. Our volunteers can choose from a great variety of in-school or at-home activities to help us reach our goals. Remember when you come to school...

...EVERYONE must use the KeepnTrack COMPUTER CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT SYSTEM in the office!  Please be sure to bring a picture ID to log in. ALL visitors/volunteers MUST log in and wear a name tag while in school. Thanks for your cooperation!

LOG IN:

1. Click on the appropriate badge.
2. Type your name.
3. Click Print. Your printed name tag sticker must be worn while visiting the school.
   

LOG OUT:

1. Click on “Check Out”.
2. Highlight your name.
3. Click to confirm.

The system automatically logs your in-school volunteer hours. All at home hours need to be logged manually using the Volunteer Hours form or the log book in the Mustang Room. When leaving the school, don’t forget to log out.
